We partnered up with Breathless Nomad in June 2026 and got included into their unique tour itinerary “Untamed West Coast – Experience the Unexpected”!

This curated West Coast escape is fully flexible and can be tailored to each client’s preferences, with optional additions such as a relaxed lunch at a local restaurant. The journey begins with a private boat tour around Dassen Island, exploring a rugged coastline shaped by the Benguela Current and rich maritime history. From the ocean, the experience flows into an authentic West Coast smokehouse, where premium cuts are slow smoked over African hardwoods.

The adventure continues inland with a guided off-road buggy experience on a purpose-built track, offering a thrilling ride through scenic farm landscapes. Guests then enjoy an overnight stay with us at Darling Lodge Guest House. The journey concludes with a horse-riding experience through a nature reserve and along the white sands of Yzerfontein Beach. The tour is the perfect recommendation for friends who are visiting the Cape for the first time and love the rather unusual.
